I missed the Fox show that had Mark Bain on. What was his credentials, that he wanted to become LB's attorney?

I didn't see it, either - and no one has said. I went ASAP to find him online that night and there are two with no direct connection, as in geographic or otherwise, so I don't know who he is.

I'll keep trying, but doing lots of stuff right now, cross-checking some addresses and things.
