I was thinking about this last night. They will have to extradite him to Florida for any inquest or even if they decided to arrest him. However, the Bahamas may indict him for importing methadone (he was the person picking it up at the post office) since methadone is illegal in the Bahamas, prescsribed or not, and if they decide he had a hand in Daniels death he could stand trial there.
In other words, he may be caught in a web of his own making and could try to run with the boat and the baby.
