To: Arizona Carolyn

in Texas where a judge kicked him to the back of the room for stealing confidential information off the oppositions table during the J. Howard Marshall case. The judge was so angry he wanted him disbarred and said if he was a part of the Texas Bar he would have pressed the issue more.

Could that incident prevent HK$ from participating as an attorney in any future Marshall case in Texas? Unless of course he is a "party" as in parent/guardian of Dannielynn?

A possibility since if you are not licenses you are there only if the judge says it's okay. His reputation would definitely preceed him.

Will be interesting, as O'Quinn is the only one who seems to think he (himself) might re-open the Marshall case in TX and have any kind of chance at getting a new opinion.

I say, "dream on."
