I think the plot is thickening and the noose is tightening.

I'm still pretty sure that Ford Shelley will be instrumental in getting to the bottom of this. Thanks to his quick action getting the stuff out of the house one way or another. Moe will be as well now that he's backed into a corner.

I was just looking up negligent homicide which I feel is the very least that should occur in this case, based on the evidence supplied so far. Anyone who obtains drugs, whether legal or illegal to supply a person who is addicted in order to control this person and make money off of them would be guilty. Additionally, this person knowingly and on purpose uses various names to circumvent the law would be liable. This would apply to the Dr who knowingly prescribed the drugs and to the one who gave the drugs...

Here is an example....

Bieber admits she purchased more than 63 bottles of Diphedryl from Costco in the two years leading up to Dane's death, but she denies giving Dane any medication on the day he died.

Bieber is charged with one count of negligent homicide; three counts of the criminal endangerment of an 8-month-old, 2-year-old and 4-year-old; and one count of tampering with evidence. (An investigator has accused her of trying to throw a plastic dosage cup into a sink of soapy water during an inspection of the day-care center.)

....... She faces up to 60 years in prison if convicted.
