I think I read that it takes a body getting to about 70 degrees before you can feel the temp drop by hand. So what might be 'warm' to us to touch, could make a big difference forensically. Of course when you have a medical examiner like Dr. Dumb-A, I mean Dr. Perper giving someone SAYING they were giving CPR as a time of death, anything resembling forensic work is out the door on this case.
