How to get access to the computers.
Why is that needed when any time there is any kind of crime committed (around here anyway) the first thing the news shows is investigators carting off the computers????
If it's a criminal investigation (and all they have to do is say that it is), then why is there any hesitation whatsoever?
I need to get a passport myself. I went on a cruise in 10/06 and was able to use my birth certificate. I don't know when I'm going again but it will probably be later this year or early next year. I think I will be avoiding the Bahamas!!

It's about time the "M" word has been mentioned in print (not tabloid) about this case.
One clause, in which Smith appears to disinherit future spouses and children, is particularly intriguing for law classes. It's something a man would write if he might have illegitimate children, professors said. Why would it be in Smith's will? Was she an egg donor? Did she give a baby up for adoption? Or, was it just language carelessly copied from a template?
Pretty interesting. I've thought all along that Howard wrote that will up, and had an under the influence Anna sign off on it.
At first, I was a little shocked at what people had to say about HKS. Notice that Anna's close friends described her as a devoted mother, and a genuinely nice person who donated to charity. One would never know given her public demeanor : (

I tried to post the photo here but was unable to do so. Photo #18, is a picture of both Brigitte and Eric Gibson. Both photos were probably from Rita's interview. The caption on #17 is one of the few places I've seen where there is any reference at all to Brigitte being the one who found Anna.
I just went through the ANS articles on ET's website and I could not find one that ET referred to Taz or Moe by their given names.
