How does he cling to everything that belonged to her? HKS is the sole owner of Anna, Inc. This from Dan Hanks, private investigator.
ANS worth more dead than alive. Her input and control eliminated. Because he owns Anna, Inc. he holds the upper hand.
G. believes HKS has made a deal with LB. Cause for the Opri breakup.
They (G & PI) believe that's why HKS didn't show for the custody hearing.

HK$ never admitted to the existence of that corporation and by failing to do so isn't that perjury?
I hope it's not true about LB making a deal with HK$. It's looking that way though. If HK$ is charges with a crime, could he be stripped of all these assets somehow?
If he can be charged with 2 murders with money as the motive - he will not be allowed to profit from his crime.

O'Quinn could go after HK$ for wrongful death of Daniel and ANS.
I think I talked about this the other day. Wonder if it was formed AFTER or JUST BEFORE Daniel died or just before they went to the Bahamas AFTER it was known that she was pregnant.

Opri asked him if he was officer of a company called "ANS interactive".
Howard said that ANS interactive ran ANS's website. Howard answered that he didn't know if he was an officer but said he did not receive any funds from it.

How can he be so smug and have all these deals going on when there is an obvious homicide investigation going on?
I'm thinking this is why we heard so many unexplainable things from O'Quinn. I fear that LB has made some kind of deal, and that's why Virgie is cutting her ties with Birkhead.
I would so hope he could be stripped of it. Means more and more lawsuits, but I would hope they would go to the state of her mind when she signed over such said rights to HKS and hope that there could be a wrongful death suit at least.
He said there was a Corporation but didn't go into it further. Really have to wait for the transcript because I don't want to make it more confusing. The insurance policies could possibly be under the Corporation thing, too....The policy premiums being taken as an expense.

If the inquests in Bahamas and Florida do not result in indictments for murder then I hope Opri was serious about wanting to maintain her ethics and will give O'Quinn everything he needs to fight that b*st*rd in court for two wrongful deaths.

If this Corporation is in the United States, there's a filing with names etc. It's also subject to taxes so forms have to be filed. Is it in the Bahamas or USA??

The difference in name of the corporation was in the tease for the story coming later in the show.
