If they really wanted to die, why did they not just go for the throat? I mean if they can cut an arm off, surely they could sling a wide-open chainsaw at their throat.

Oh man. You know I moved to Georgia almost one year ago. We live near Atlanta (with two small kids) and have been thinking more and more about moving back home (Louisiana). The news gets scarrier and scarrier here. This has to be the weirdest though. I am just speechless.

I think this is pathetic. I hope they do get mental help. Even with dementia it is hard to imagine them both suffering with it at once. Plus the note seems so premeditated. Maybe being institutionalized they will get stabilized.
