Hey buddy. Do yourself a favor. Switch to decaf!
Dude, just turn it off. Take up knitting, it's much more satisfying.
Sanjaya got the teenage girl vote. That's an easy one. On the girl's side, they got one right and one wrong. But really no one voted out this week had any serious chance at the title.
Does Sanjaya know he's gay?
It seemed to me that on both events I watched, even the judges didn't get the results.
But if you think about it, if you consider cell phone voting, and you consider agenda driven "herds" who really are voting more about identity than talent - then you get it.
Then you understand how this can happen.
Oh, BS. Good backtrack!
That's even worse.
I don't know if Sanjaya is gay or not, ok, (here's where I insert not that there is anything wrong with that) but I am sure the Indian population of America voted for him and probably voted and voted many times. Not much you can do about it until the number of contestants gets smaller then it would be more difficult. It would be one thing if he was good, but he sucks!
Daughter thinks he's transgender.
Paula: Brian, you certainly gave it a good shot, tried to make it your own, but you know, I feel there are better topics for you to be working on. Sorry dear.
Simon: Why are you posting vanity posts? I felt it was really rather inconsequential.

I almost cared for a second and then I checked my give-a-sh*t meter and it was still at zero.
By the way - what is "Rudy's" stand on illegal aliens, and our open border(s)? I mean, I keep hearing some talk about "Rudy's" stand on gun control, abortion, and gay rights. That there are the three things that "conservatives" might have a problem with . . .
. . . but then, I don't hear the same "commentators" asking what is probably going to be one of the two TOP issues in 2008 - illegal aliens (et all including the Bush-Ted Kennedy Amnesty bill). The War on Terror, and this issue in regards to our borders, are important issues. But for some reason, when "Rudy's" liberalism is brought up as a discussion by some "conservative talk show hosts", there is like this "story line" about "gun control, abortion, gay rights", and always followed up by how "Rudy" is, however, "strong on the issue" of WOT/etc.
Somehow, they forget to ask/discuss his stand regarding illegal aliens. Only a few will ask.
And why is that?
For me, sure I have a conservative stand on gun control, abortion, gay rights. But for me, that is NOT what is going to tip my vote in 2008.
Pretty much any of the Republican candidates will show some "strong" stand regarding WOT, which of course is a number one issue.
But there is that "other issue" - illegal immigration - which is on my mind, and on the mind of many of the "base".
If the Republican candidate supports the Bush-Kennedy Amnesty, then that Republican will NEVER get my vote.
I am on the "right", conservative, position in regards to gun control, abortion, gay rights - so I don't agree with "Rudy" regarding his position on these.
But his position on these issues, it isn't really the end of the world for me.
If Rudy came out and said, "I oppose the type of Guest Workers Program proposed by President Bush", and something like "I support a REAL fence", "Illegal aliens cost us more than they supposedly save us . . " etc...
. . . THEN I would have supported him, even if I don't agree with him on some other issues because I trust him in regards to WOT.
But, it seems to me his on the Bush side of this issue.
The wrong side.
And Mitt seems to be on the right side.
Even if Mitt has changed his mind in the past.
Of course, that can change.
I want this issue to be in the debate.
That is why I welcome Congressman Tom Tancredo, Newt Gingrich and others into the debate, especially any participation they may have in the Republican debates for 2008.
I agree.
RIGHT.. and they will vote democrat too.
The republican disconnect is massive..
2008 will be unique.. Republicans will not know what hit them..
You were doing well up till your fourth glass of wine there ;)
I told my wife in the beginning that Sanjaya couldn't sing worth a s*** and that they put him thru because of his, um, ethnicity. Obviously they were going after a new demographic.
He still can't sing and he's still there.
LOL! Well done!
My daughters know Sanjaya and were furious when I asked if he was gay. He is one of their heros and the entire school is rooting for him.
No. Sanjaya is not gay.
