I'm considering switching. How hard is it to make the transition? Will I be able to learn the Mac OS without any formal training?

Here are a couple links that will help, but I don't recall using them, yet. I've only had the thing about 2 weeks now and haven't had any trouble adapting. If you use a USB windows mouse, right clicking even works just like windows. It was tough to migrate pop email over, but other than that, the difficulty only comes when I have to use my work laptop, which is a Dell D610. My Mac boots, from pushing the on button to ready, in less than 30 seconds. My Dell takes about 4 minutes.

I wonder if you've maxed out the RAM in your Dell laptop. Boosting the RAM speeds everything up.
