Maybe aliens are buzzing us to just check us out from other solar systems near us. They may have a prime directive to not interfere with our development. If they are that advanced, and need a cheap resource we have that they need, wouldn't they try to make a deal for futures contracts in exchange for hints about physics that our scientists can work out? Or don't they know how to talk with us yet? We could also be scaring the hell out of them.

They could be afraid of us because it only takes 2 keys each in China, Russia, and us to make things burn up.

Some say that our brain produces a chemical when we are fearful which is like a thrilling drug to them.

Others say they like our cow blood, human blood etc.

Others say the planet has other resources they like.
