Stuck in a hotel over the C-PAC weekend, we saw "Pursuit of Happyness" and "Deja Vu." I recommend both. The former is one of those rare movies that does NOT trash business, but shows that the hero's desire to be a stockbroker never waned despite all sorts of bad luck and self-inflicted injuries. It's a true story, too.

"Deja Vu" has you guessing until the very end. I also saw "Night at the Museum." Not as funny as I expected.

BTW, there is something called the "Hollywood Prayer Network," run by Jennifer Dornbush. If Christian conservatives care about Hollywood, we need to do more than complain about movies. Pray. Get involved with HPN, and they will pair you up with a Hollywood writer, actor, producer, or set person---yes, a CHRISTIAN in Hollywood. These people need our support. I'm partnered with a screenwriter. Light a candle instead of cursing the darkness. Contact them at: hollywoodprayernetwork@fpch.org

Wasn't Pursuit a great movie? Will Smith's son is one cute kid. I like movies based on true stories & came home after seeing it & did a Google search on the real life people.

I did not see Deja Vu but will check it out..

Not heard of the Hollywood Prayer Network..

I will add your link to my master links each month in the body of thread. Thanks Larry.

Glad you got to go to CPAC. I hope to make it one year. Were you in the audience when Anne dropped the bombshell?
