I have yet to hear from someone who does business with them and is satisfied...not that they don't exist mind you, just that I don't know anyone.

My best friend got fed up with them last year and closed his business accounts their--for generally the same reasons: bad service and fees out the wazoo.

I didn't understand their reasoning because the checks I was cashing were drawn of B of A. So I went around the corner to the county credit union. I liked them MUCH better!

Since then, I've never wanted anything to do with B of A. Although, truth be told, I was tempted to go apply for an account as soon as I heard about them extending credit to illegals...
