Northern California -- Small Earthquake (3.4)

Any other Freepers in the Bay Area just feel the small earthquake. According to early reports, it was a 3.4 on the Richter Scale.

I'm in Berkerkely and felt a quick jolt but nothing too bad (considering I'm from LA).

It's been kind of interesting watching the three pointers work their way up the coast this week.

As long as it wasn't the Hayward fault "clearing its throat", it probably wasn't a big deal.

That's the joy of earthquakes, isn't it? You never know when the big one will come. You just know it will, sooner or later.

I felt that one in Walnut Creek - very short, but the whole building swayed side-to-side.

A quick sideways jolt here in Concord. My wife also noticed it in Walnut Creek.

I felt it here in SF on the 8th floor. Sure felt stronger than 3.4.

It has been quiet it seems since the 1989 quake.

Seems growing up in Concord area around April/May we had one or two every year as kids/teen playing in the street.
cdbull this one was right under your tush.

We will see if this was a bump or a pre bump as the dayz pass.
