Anna Nicole Judge's Wife Tells ABC News: 'I Find Him to Be Brilliant'
Feb. 22, 2007 Not since Judge Ito has a black robe so thoroughly failed to mask the colorful personality of the man beneath it.
For more than a week, Florida circuit court Judge Larry Seidlin has run the Anna Nicole Smith court hearing with a jarring combination of comic wisecracks, stunningly personal commentary and naked emotion.

Very sad day for the justice system
I saw this on the news last night...he DID seem more emotional than any of the parties involved...
I really hope he does NOT get his own program. I'd hate to see his self-centered showboating get rewarded.
It sure is funny how a nut can be taken seriously. And feeding off a corpse. Almost like the O.J. vultures.
She's dead and rotting and never was something we should have been concerned about to begin with.
Yea, the "weeping" he did for the CAMERAS yesterday really confirmed to me that he was PLAYING for the audience and the cameras! What a nerd!! LOL!
I want him buried with her son, too.
It's like The Coulbert Report. For Court TV.
Or they COULD just broadcast the proceedings of the 9th CIRCUS Court of Appeals.
The whole thing made me sick! The blonde boyfriend was over the top on the dramatics. Burying his face on the stand but yet no tears. I didn't like the mom. She left me cold and Howard well Howard is creepy. It could have taken one hour tof say she should be buried next to her son NOT 6 days! And now this morning I hear the mom is trying to block that move! Ghoulish!
I didn;t watch any of the trial, really could care less for the verdict outcome. But this display obviously shows there is a problem.
I think he did have a network show back in the late 1960s, called "The Hathaways". It featured the Marquis Chimps.
I heard she was decomposing so fast that within a few more days she would have been reduced to two silicon bags.
I like this judge for this reason. It shows the public just how un-"god like" our judges really are. They are human, they are not infallible.
Doesn't mean I think he should remain on the bench. He's clearly unprofessional in his actions.
Couldn't have said it better myself.
another porcupine story.:)
I laughed when I saw them leaving with their arms locked together on the news when I already that they had appeals filed up-state before they left the court house.
