The PROBLEM is that Wyoming and Montana are ready to "deal with it" and Idaho is waffling around.

Unfortunately, the "delisting" in the three states is tied together. This is known as 'REGIONALIZING'....and it is a safety valve for the Enviro-Weenies as this illustrates HOW difficult it is for three adjoining states to massage their laws to please the Feds.....who don't want to cede control of ANYTHING.....

I thought that Wyoming was hanging up the agreements ?
Was Wyoming's claim that wolves outside of Yellowstone could be considered a pest and shot on sight if the Wyoming state government decided to pass such a law ?
