I would think if Stern was legally married to ANS he would retain custody, correct?

But he was not legally married to her. They had a "committment ceremony", whatever the hell that is.

Stern and Anna Nicole participated in a "committment ceremony", one of those phony marriage ceremony. It was NEVER represented as being a marriage.

Actually, it was a legal maneuver to protect both Anna Nicole and Howard Stern from having to testify AGAINST each other, in the ultimate investigation into the death of Anna Nicole's son Daniel.

Most likely one or both of them were supplying Daniel with the combination of drugs which killed this young man.

He was not legally married to Anna.

If DNA proves the baby is Birkhead's (and I think it will) most likely Birkhead will get custody.

I think that is why Stern will nto allow the baby to set foot in the US. He will keep her captive out of US jurisdiction.
