I have not really followed along, since I never did have much interest in ANS, but two things strike me from what I've read about this hearing in FL and the "clown" video.
One is that DNA might be for lawyers, but anyone with two eyes in their head can see that HKS is not the father of that baby. Second, after the video and LB testimony about the drugs, should someone be looking into charging HKS with abuse of a pregnant woman, and also child endangerment?
I saw author Tom Wolfe being interviewed on Fox by James Rosen (very good) and Mr. Wolfe seems to think that this is the greatest sensationalism story in many years. I am no expert, but I just have a feeling that this is going to end up being a murder case. Either ANS or the son. Something is so wrong here, the sleaziness of everyone clouds that fact.
You know we've had a live thread going on this since it happened and have been following the court proceedings live on the same thread.
The real story here isn't really about ANS, it is starting to become a story of a stinking attorney, HKS and maybe some other lawyers drugging ANS into a state, and engineering a way to get their hands on her future money. After watching that hearing today, I was kind of thinking HKS may have gotten her to FLA to buy a yacht, then marry her and go out to sea to the Bahamas. Just maybe ANS would have then "fallen off" the boat in a drugged state. I bet he provided the means of death to her son. This HKS is a bad Hoe puppy. He hasn't worked in years.
