Looks like the argument of "OEMs aren't in the business of creating demand(a market) is over". The market itself is demanding it.
The flood gates are about to be opened for the benefit of us all.

So how come Dell stopped selling desktop Linux PC's a few years back due to low demand then?
And if there is such a "huge" demand for Linux desktops how come Linux desktop sales are so low ?
Walmart(the world's biggest retailer by far) has been selling Linux desktops for years, nd still Linux desktop sales continue to be insignificant.
