I saw that clip, plus a little more. A child painted her face, and she let him, to match the picture of a clown. She was very kind and sweet to the child.
Then, she is pushing the stroller with the doll in it, and Stern is talking, saying, this is worth money, or somesuch, and asking her if this is a mushroom trip. She looks right at the camera (at Stern) and says, "Are you nuts?" She sounded angry (though obviously high) and not in the least friendly.
In the next shot, she's outside, pushing the hair out of her face, with the clown makeup still on.
It occurs to me that a good reason to have Anna's DNA is to prove that any child put forward is truly Dannielynn, and not a changeling. In other words, the true child of Anna Nicole Smith will also have DNA evidence that she is the mother.

That has me feeling a tad better. I was thinking Stern made her up to look foolish. That was sweet of her to do that.
Stern abused her emotionally, financially and psychologically. It's good this tape exists. There is NO love between them. Stern was just a groupie, parasite with a sick sense of humor.
