The justice system in this country is a joke. Murderers receive better treatment than Terri Schiavo did and that's just fine. I don't think its right.

Ol' Oswaldo does understand that Virginia has the death penalty.

He'd been arrested once before for DUI. The arresting officer stated that Oswaldo had no problemo speaking English then.
