My Conclusion is that the phrase "Allahu Akhbar" was said two times by the perpetrator and he attempted to repeat a third time before being shot directly. I believe I've presented evidence to support my conclusion. Your evidence convinces me that he didn't say it. He certainly repeated something, but it sure didn't sound like Allahu Akhbar."
