It has also become a thing to do is to put photos of people as a child on lamp posts and at roundabouts when they are having their 18th, 21st, 40th, 50th birthday etc.
Do not understand how are beans not vegetarian?
Pancakes? How about meatcakes?
George Carlin talked about it once (sort of) in a skit about a refrigerator's stale contents....
"...could be meat....could be cake....maybe it's meatcake..."
Most of the beans here are prepared with bacon or ham..
those two little items "hide" in a lot of dishes... salad, green beans, pasta, tossed salad, potatoe casserole..
Just a little throws my digestive system into havoc.
meat cake
oxymoron?
off to sleep now.. very tired. see you all tomorrow!
Hmmmm. HAggis does not sound very yummy... ;)
Oh understand that does not seem to apply in Britain in fact we have gone the otherway making our food that is not meat based suitable for vegetarian.
Such as sweet mincemeat no longer has beef suet in it but vegetable suet etc.
Would not know never tasted the real thing only a bit of tinned one once and that was a bit like sausagement - do not think it was a good representation of the real thing at all.
That should be a very serviceable bike. If you got one that was "fitted for you" it should be great. Once you ride it a bit you will find if it is a good one for you.. If you are getting too sore, some adjustments need to be made with seat height, angle etc often help & that also protects the knees..And if you got it at a bike shop they will normally trade to a different one that fits better
The varying prices is normally in relation to the type of components in it. Upper end Campy & Shimano will give you your bikes in 2000+ range. The titanimum frames also will bump up the cost. And I find there is a big difference. I have one bike with all the upper end components & it is night & day from the others
I can recall the first time I flew to my brothers I was going to take one of my bikes along & he said , don't worry we have plenty of bikes here.. well, he had plenty of JUNK. rusty chains, gearing that didn't work, (derailers bent). I road 7 miles from his house to the church & it was pure torture. I had planned on a lot of exploring while they were at work.
So instead of that I went to work w/brother & found a computer & cruised the internet... that was quite a few years ago & MY FIRST time on line on internet.. I was in awe.

READ: Joshua 1:1-9
This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it . . . . Then you will have good success. Joshua 1:8 During the Chinese New Year it is customary for hongbaos (small red envelopes containing money) to be given away. When parents give hongbaos to their children, it is also to wish them prosperity and success. Knowing that this sincere wish is insufficient, however, they also remind their children to study hard. Chinese people generally believe that a good education is the key to ones success in life.
In Joshua 1, God told Joshua that his ways could prosper as he assumed Moses leadership role. But he and the people needed to display courage in the face of stiff opposition as they entered the Promised Land (v.6). God promised to give them success if they heeded His "Book of the Law" (v.8).
Believers today also need to live according to Gods Word if we are to enjoy success in our spiritual walk. The Bible contains not only the dos and donts for living but also records the life experiences of those who pleased or displeased God.
We, like Joshua, have Gods promise that He will be with us always (v.9; Matt. 28:20). That should give us strength to face the challenges and difficulties that inevitably arise as we seek to please Him.
Good morning and how are you?
Looks and feels stupid
