The placebo was denatured (THC removed) marijuana. Unless you can tell the difference between decaf and real coffee by the smell, I doubt you'd have noticed the difference here.

So, the use of marijuana in AIDS treatment would have an adverse affect on an autoimmune deficiency syndrome...

So the only difference was THC? They why wasn't the study done with Marinol and a placebo?

The study is a joke.

The only way this would be valid would be if the test subjects had never smoked real pot, or didn't have any idea of the effects of real pot. I suppose somewhere such people exist...
