You know, this whole thing sounds like a script from, "Murder She Wrote" or "Columbo" : Smith has baby (heir) and Stern has his name put on birth certificate as father, Smith's grown son (heir) dies mysteriously, and now Smith dies mysteriously. It's almost too cliche' to be true, but doesn't it look a bit suspicious that Stern is the common denominator here? Especially since he would be the one who could end up with all of the estate (if it ever gets settled).
There are too many other possible suspects. Consider that the stepson, who was suing for Anna Nicole's share of the estate, also died recently and his heirs are now carrying on the law the pursuit of the money. Then there is the guy who is probably the biologic father of the baby. Stern needs to kill him off too.
Yep, this is beginning to take on the look of some tv-crime, engineered by a lawyer, for lawyers. Sort of a cat-and-mouse game, helped along by loose-Bahama-laws, lots of greed, and a ton of $$$,$$$,$$$.
Yes, I agree with you, very suspicious in my book.
Truth is stranger than fiction. After all, fiction has to make sense.
