Did the dog survive for very long after that? I would think between the swelling/inflammation, potential infections and probable blindness that this dog is retired from hunting!

Did the dog survive for very long after that?Yes, the bull terrier did survive the ordeal ... this story goes back at least a year and ran on FR at the time.
