We live in New Jersey too ... we bite the bullet and put her in a private Christian school. It's VERY conservative and they work em hard academically ... perfect S.A.T. scores are not unusual :) but honestly a secular plus is that this **** will NOT be shown there. Our daughter is about to turn 8 in May ... they're VERY impressionable ... this is the LAST thing you want them to believe is normal - it is NOT normal.

The entire website is very good. Perhaps you might want to suggest they give these kids the OTHER side of the story - you know the "fairness doctrine" in school instead of blatant propaganda. If they refuse then perhaps they shouldn't show this because it is so ONE SIDED. I would raise HELL if it were my child - opting out isn't good enough. kids talk and put pressure on other kids that are NOT politically correct to conform - that's a BIG PROBLEM.
