Oops: The Rosie O’Donnell Edition (wrong day to make fun of Anna Nicole Smith)

I disagree with your last point. There's a reason that "gay" is used for (male) homosexual. It began as a euphamism for a reason. It's true that "dour" often follows from "lesbian" but not always. I'm not willing to make generalizations on this point. I'm only going to say that it holds in Rosie's case.

As with Steve Irwin I am surprised at how touched I am by Anna Nicole's death. That Rosie makes me sick more than ever now. While I don't know much about the backgrounds of Anna or Rosie my knee jerk reaction is that Anna, with all her troubles, stood head and shoulders above that spiteful Rosie. I don't want anything bad to happen to Rosie but I really don't think she'd be missed in the same way as Anna. I say God Bless Anna Nicole and her baby. I hope she is safe and happy reunited with her son.

I too hope that Anna is finally at peace and with her son. As for Rosie .....she should feel like cr@p for saying those things on the day ANS died. It is unfortunate that Rosie's big mouth never lets up. Maybe (though doubtful) Rosie will think before she speak and be a little nicer to people she looks down on. I have never understood why Rosie has to be so mean when she doesn't smell like a rose herself with her lifestyle.

I'm not a homosexual but I have found what is said here to be true. They're VERY unhappy people ... they can turn around but it's hard to do. Society embracing it and giving them special rights hardly incents them. It's a tragedy to go through life so unfulfilled and empty inside.

Every gay dude I have ever known, about 5 different fellows, was really sweet. But the few lesbians I have come in contact with have been really bitter women. And I don't understand the concept of hating men and yet wanting to look like a man. It doesn't make sense.

We live in New Jersey too ... we bite the bullet and put her in a private Christian school. It's VERY conservative and they work em hard academically ... perfect S.A.T. scores are not unusual :) but honestly a secular plus is that this **** will NOT be shown there. Our daughter is about to turn 8 in May ... they're VERY impressionable ... this is the LAST thing you want them to believe is normal - it is NOT normal.

The entire website is very good. Perhaps you might want to suggest they give these kids the OTHER side of the story - you know the "fairness doctrine" in school instead of blatant propaganda. If they refuse then perhaps they shouldn't show this because it is so ONE SIDED. I would raise HELL if it were my child - opting out isn't good enough. kids talk and put pressure on other kids that are NOT politically correct to conform - that's a BIG PROBLEM.

While I found Anna to be pathetic I would rather look at her any day that Rosie (what an ironic name). I would also rather listen to what passed as talk from Anna than one word from the braying clown.

Okay. I just read the Hustler Mag. interview you posted. What can I say! If this is factual, and I have NO trouble believing it, considering all the "rest of the story", this woman was really messed up.

Some research into her homelife growing up might shed some light on it. Sadly, succeeding generations suffer the "sins" of those before them. In some families it proves to be disastrous.

As I've posted before, I have great sympathy for her son. He must have been affected badly by having such a mother. Hopefully her baby girl will be placed with a decent, sensible, loving mother and father, so she'll have a normal life. None of these three men (so far!) claiming paternity may be the best choice for her! What a disgusting mess!

I doubt very much that whatever Rosie said had any impact on Smith's death. Obviously, you are looking at suicide as the cause. That, even if suspected, has not been proven.

Smith was dealing with personal problems which didn't involve O'Donnell.

The cause of death is yet unknown, if it ever will be.
