As explained by COURTTV host, he purposely picked HKS to do that because he knows what's up with him....in other words, the judge is aware of HKS's shenanigans regarding refusal to take DNA test. He wanted to show HKS that it's all about the baby!

The host found it amusing that the judge did this knowing that HKS is a lawyer, but that it reduced his status.
