Not if they have any kind of suspicion that he may have contributed to her death. They have been gathering a lot of evidence, but if there is nothing in the way of proof that he had anything to do with her demise, they will have to release the body to someone. Judging by all the tapes and stories we have seen since she died she was not on good terms with her Mother, and there is proof that they had a relationship for a long time. I do not see him getting the Baby, she may be given to her actual Parent (fill in the blank), but that certainly would not be him I am sure. He is a Huckster, and a really seriously creepy bottom feeder, but unless there is some unseen letters, notes,tapes, etc that ANS was getting out of the relationship. This story is so sordid, and smelly with so many deviants involved I really have to feel sympathy for any Police officer or Investigator of any stripe that are working on this mess. It would be nice if the DBM would give the Authorities some slack, and just go away for a few weeks.
