As I understand the law - one cannot execute a legal document (i.e.will or marriage certificate) if one is mentally, or psychologically impaired.

Am I wrong?

Rte 66 - you brought up the female psychiatrist a few thousand posts ago- who stated "WE talked ANC into a committment ceremony"

Who was she treating? What was the degree of mental impairment? Was the patient capable of making legally binding decisions? Grief impaired?

Actually, that shrink was putting out the Stern spin that ANS was going to legally marry HKS in a few weeks - if she hadn't died. "We got her to say yes."
