I've used them for my dogs in the past.... but they are fed raw so don't really need them. There is a homeopathic pancreas you could try. Elixirs.com sells it... All you need is one pill disolved in some liquid on a spoon and then one or two drops on kitty's gums.

Did they work well? I have read conflicting info that it HAS to be real pancreas and not the supplement kind. My kitty went through a bout of what appeared to be pancreatitis and I've nursed him over that, but he still doesn't have much of an appetite so I am spoon feeding him. He does not seem to be gaining one ounce even though I am getting a good amount of food in him. His diarhea and vomiting have stopped and he is alert. I just think it may be malabsorption or maldigestion. (I get the 2 mixed up)

I don't think it will hurt to try enzymes.
