If HKS is the source of the medications (the heavy ones) for people who are "sick" - he could certainly be the facilitator for all 3 deaths. But how can this every be proven? Only Anna knew his participation and she is gone. So he will get off scott free....IMHO. I just don't see anybody with the legal power to challenge him. And, obviously, the Bahamian officials are in his pocket. Sick.
Looks to me like he may have lied and outsmarted a lot of people... probably all to get his hands on her lawsuit money. What if he is the one who told her to refuse the $80 million the Marshall family offered and hold out for more?
