Munore also said the former Playboy playmate bought the mansion in July for $900,000. Her ownership of the home was the basis of Smith's claim to residency in the Bahamas. Smith had filed a lawsuit asking a Bahamas court to recognize her purchase and reject Thompson's claim to the house.

You know, if she didn't have legitimate residency, this whole thing is going to hell in about ten seconds.

I was wondering this morning if it's proven this is not her mansion, then she doesn't meet the requirements that gave her residency in the first place and they could be kicked back to USA.... there is a hearing over that house before the Bahamian Supreme court the end of February that was schedule previously.

HKS may end up with Bahamian criminal charges against him in Daniels case, yet. At least from what I've read. The inquest was supposed to take place March 23rd on his death. IMHO the coroner in Florida needs an inquest into her death, too...

Well, the owner is saying that she never even signed the promissary note, so this woman had no claim to residency.
