I believe there is still an ongoing inquiry into his death - its cause - there in the Bahamas. But I will have to search for more details about that - others maybe can inform us.

Evidently Anna Nicole Smith had not recovered at all from the death of her son - she was inconsolable in the interview that one of the programs showed of her - where she was asked about her son. She said she dreamed about him every night - and that she dreamed he was scared and calling for her to come to him. She said she could not understand why God took him and not her. She was simply in agony about his death....which is why, I think, she was on loads of drugs to help her cope with that pain. The problem is, of course, the interaction of those drugs - and why did this Stern guy - if he loved her so much - stand by and ALLOW these drugs to be available to her especially when she had a history of addiction to prescription drugs.
One of the shows last night claimed Anna Nicole Smith really died of a broken heart about her son.
That could, in essence, be true.
Sometimes you let the person you love the most get away with the most. Anna Nicole must have been torn between grieving for her son and having the new daughter. People like that awful Rosie O'Donnell criticize her but I liked Anna Nicole. She was outlandish but she seemed to live the way she wanted to, let the pieces fall and let us make what we will of it. I may be corrected because I haven't read the Hustler articles or seen nude pictures of her but I never heard her trash other people the way Rosie seems to make a living doing. And Anna Nicole did not try to cram her lifestyle down our throats like Rosie likes to. I hope this big mouth incident quietly teaches Rosie some humility. I hate that Anna Nicole's daughter will never know her. But she will know she was wanted and her mother did love her and her brother. Plus I hope which ever man gets custody of her will be a real Daddy to her.
There is an ongoing inquiry into Daniel's death, and there is even a new sense of urgency there, now that his mother has died under (perhaps) similar circumstances.
The fact that HKStern was a hanger-on/interested party (given that he planned to marry the deceased and claims to be the father of her infant daughter) for BOTH deaths really sends up a red flag for *me* -- so I have to assume that trained LEO feel even more strongly about it.
