I saw her one time in NYC. We had gone to this little bagel place for breakfast and were sitting at one of the window tables and I looked up and here came Candice walking toward me... I was so shocked...

I just knew she got most of her beautiful fabrics from the NY Garment District, I've seen a lot of the fabrics there. I hate that so many moved out of the city, I could spend days going through them and I think of it every time I watch her show. (I know, I'm wierd)... but, yes I love her show.

FLIP this house is great... I like the one of A&E, too... they use a lot of the same people and they start to be like family.

Debbie Travis is awesome also (Did you see the Farmhouse show that had the winter and summer kitchen in it) The woman of the house was over joyed when she finally got to come and see her new kitchens - brings tears to my eyes every time they rerun it. It is a 2006 show. (OK I better stop talking about HGTV before someone blows a fuse)
