The details are unconfirmed at this time, but we're hearing that Anna Nicole Smith was transported from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, Florida.
Witness reports are that CPR was in progress at the time. Smith was reportedly accompanied by her companion, Howard K. Stern and a bodyguard at the time.
