Could he have called Dr Ershovich at that time?? This would be before he went to the boat dock. Could HKS and the lady doc have been plotting against Anna, in some way?

If that was Doctor E on the last video Greata released this week, a plot between HKS and her would not be a shock to me at this time. She would certainly know what HKS could administer that might not be detected in autopsy... say a fatal suppository.
