According to Harvey Levin of TMZ on Catherine Crier's show:

There is a second doctor whose name they haven't used yet who sent Demerol and Dalmain to "Vickie Lynn Marshall" in the Bahamas, when she was 8 months pregnant. These drugs were SENT but not PRESCRIBED by the doctor. The doctor is MALE.
