That's the way I see it. Jill Dobson just reporting on MSNBC (can't believe I'm watching them for info) that the baby was not with Anna Nicole at the hotel... so where is she?
She had lost the claim for her second husband's estate. All the court said that she can refile - that is what was reported a few weeks ago.
Baby is still in The Bahamas....
I assume the baby is still in the Bahamas to avoid paternity test as per Anna and her lawyer husband. The baby has probably never set foot in the USA.
