This is very curious. If Birkhead is the father, he's got more rights to the baby than Virgie has. Altho, who knows, it may be easier in the Bahamas for her to get custody of the baby. Pit her against Stern who endangered the baby's life already by pumping her pregnant mother with drugs and she looks much more fit to parent the child. Once Virgie gets the baby, she could turn her over to Birkhead. This would be more expedient than Birkhead getting the DNA and then fighting for the custody. Am i getting this wrong? Feel free to correct me...anyone...

I think you're correct. They don't need the appearance of "ganging up". Larry is less likely than Virgie to get custody. Guardianship is down the road.
