I do not think Virgie is in any of this for the money. I think she wants Anna Nicole near her so she can visit her grave easily. She said if Anna is buried in the Bahamas, she will not be able to visit her grave any. Virgis is NOT wealthy and only got to the Bahamas with the help of her friend the journalist for "Flash". I don't consider that assistance as outrageous at all. Howard, as Virgie said, is the one who has been living off Anna's money all these years (as Howard openly admitted on the stand yesterday - she paid for his rent in California, she paid for his shoes, and his restaurant meals......just to mention a few things).
I think Virgie is legit in caring about Anna's remains being near her - and wanting her grandson's remains near her. As next of blood kin to Anna, her attorney said the statues in Florida are totally clar - she should have the sayso in where Anna's remains are buried. ergo her appeal to stop the burial in the Bahamas.
