818 area code is northern L.A. county.....at least when I lived there......

Yep. It covers: Glendale, Burbank, Agoura, San Fernando, and surrounding vicinities.

The 818 area code (according to my trusty phone book) is for Glendale and San Fernando. The area code for Nassau Bahamas is 242. I have not seen a copy the actual fax so I have no idea for sure if it went to the Bahamas. That is what I heard.
