I have seen "soft porn" that Anna appeared in. It wasn't pretty and it certainly wasn't tasteful, but it was "porn" nonetheless.

He's filed all this in California where they pretty much are not all the mother all the time anymore.... at the very least he would have had visitation and partial custody.

Well, that's an odd little twist.
Pierce, who stood to inherit what Anna said Howard left her, is Howard's second son. His older brother was disinherited after a family squabble over (what else?) money.
And yes, Pierce died last June. His widow Elaine is now in charge of the Marshall's anti-Anna fight.

Yes October 2006, I caught it on Tivo and freeze framed it. I thought it was new when I pulled it up on the page before it crashed. Sorry for the error.
