Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I didn't know of her until her court case. I was sorry to hear of the news she's passed away. I hope her estate is well planned and her daughter will be well cared for.

The parents lifestyle led to that poor girl's death. I don't blame them but had they not been screwing others and swapping and smoking pot and instead being parents she would be alive today.

Thank you, that needed to be said. No matter what anyone thought of this woman it takes a lack of humanity and compassion to say awful things about her after her death.

Why, if she had Pneumonia, did she travel to Florida and the hotel with Stern, bodyguard and nurse... anyone that sick would be in the hospital and intubated.

I don't know, Brit wasn't on last night either, but it was Brian Wilson who sat in. I will watch most of Brit's replacements but I will not watch Wallace. I'm going to stay on MSNBC.

Do you know for sure that she was a "drug baby?" If so, I've lost all sympathy for the late ANS.
