Her birth father will not be decided by the Bahaman courts, you can bet that.

And, yes, I think they would, don't you? I mean they gave her citizenship without the proper requirements, what would stop them from cutting and pasting a will.

If it was written in 2001, as I've heard alleged, then she was a resident of CA.

That is my understanding as well because in the Bahamas, whoever's name is on the birth certificate is the father. Period. At least he made it sound that way and criticized Americans for disputing their laws.

If it's a 2001 will, it has to be California. (I don't think STern can make that in a day trip......LOL)

But.....doesn't she have a ranch in Texas that Marshall gave her? Perhaps she named that as her permanent residence.

It won't matter because the house didn't belong to ANS, therefore they weren't residents; the baby is an American citizen.

Screw the Bahamas.

Not that I saw. However, I missed a lot between the CTV talking heads and commercials, and then a had web streaming problems for a while.

"Now if it's true that she leaves every thing to Daniel in the will............................"

What will happen then? Does Daniel's father have a claim?

Wait for several young women who'll claim to have given birth to a child fathered by Daniel. I am sure HKS has them all listed on his cell phone.

Oh my!

I'm almost *certain* she didn't.

It was not to her benefit to live in TX or have a residency here. All the TX court rulings had gone against her in Marshall and it was all over.

Only CA and the Supremes had given her any chances, so I'm sure she had to stay in CA - because the only award she had gotten was because of her bankruptcy in CA.

"in the Bahamas, whoever's name is on the birth certificate is the father. Period."

Not exactly - somewhere on this thread are posted the Bahamian laws concerning unwed parents and that unless a legal marriage exists - there is no "father".

That was probably Wayne Munroe. Be careful to watch and listen when they say someone is "ANS's" attorney - as they might actually be HKS's attorney, like Rale became. And Barth has been from the start.

ACR, what did the attorney that called in say about a law in Florida that helps funeral home directors decide which person to listen to in regards to funeral details?
