Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

On February 8, 2007, Smith was found unresponsive in a room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. At 1:38 p.m. (18:38 UTC) a nurse called 911 and at 1:45 p.m. a bodyguard administered CPR before she was rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital at 2:10 p.m and pronounced dead at 2:49 p.m. She was later pronounced dead upon arrival. Smith's boyfriend, Howard K. Stern (not related in any way to the radio show host), was with her when she died and has reported to Entertainment Tonight that her temperature was running high the night before, and that she had been abducted by Reptilian aliens for implantation prior to a general invasion of Earth.

That's what I heard also. At first I thought I hadn't heard it right. Yes, they actually said the death is not being investigated as a crime. Maybe it was not a crime. But still every case of a healthy person dying in a mysterious way should be investigated.
I wouldn't be so freaked if I hadn't had something happen to me last week too. Had a dream...woke up...checked email and there was a PRAYER request for the person I dreamed was in trouble and taken to hospital. No warning....not even someone I have seen for YEARS. Never even think of her! Yet...there it was and in my dream I was listening to Voice Mail about this person being rushed to the hospital!!

The old man should have had an air tight will to protect her. I don't know why so many wealthy people don't anticipate the fighting and jealousy caused by the prospect of a large inheritance.
Monroe was 36, although she purposely tried to kill herself some 6 times or more...which does differ from Anna's story.

According to some very dear friends of hers, who have been out of contact with her since Daniel's death, Stern was keeping all her friends away from her and totally controlling everything she did.
No, there was a private duty nurse, a private bodyguard, and Stern.
When I first heard of her death (on Drudge), I immediately wondered if she killed herself because she could no longer handle the pain of her son's death. She was a big Marilyn fan, as am I and one of the reasons I've always liked her. She even rented the home Marilyn died in years ago and shared photos of the house with other MM fans. Anyway, I wonder if she planned to go out like her idol. (no, I don't believe all the murder conspiracy garbage regarding Marilyn's death).
I'm sure they believe that Bush and Cheney and Rove had her killed for just that purpose................

Spotlight needs to be on Mr. Stern now. There is something very fishy about this whole ordeal...
I don't think it's that important if he was there when she died. What's important is where he was when whatever happened to make her dead actually happened.
The Marshalls should just give the baby money and be done with it.
