Anna Nicole Smith has died according to ABC News

Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

NG going over the death day timeline....
How long was ANNA unresponsive. When Moe gets there she is already turning blue (her lips).
Guy on them says 11:30 AM Anna last seen alive 1:30-1:38 Moe calls hotel operator.
MOE SAID EARLIER THAT STERN CALLED THE HOTEL AFTER MOE CALLED STERN WHILE IN HIS CAR - DIDN'T HE - IN HIS EARLIEST INTERVIEWS?

Yes, and Judge cry-baby Sheidlin put him on Stern's team.
Dr. Perper can say what Anna died from (i.e., heart failure, etc.) but he can also say that the CAUSE of death is "undetermined"..and turn it over to LE.
