Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."

I truly believe that Stern saw Birkhead as a true threat. I think Birkhead was her longest romantic relationship with a man ever since she became a household name. Stern always looks like he some little dog begging for her attention in the pictures that are taken of both of them. Stern was her lawyer and butler as well as her "pet". Stern just kept hanging around hoping that one day Anna would see him in a different light. Then came along Birkhead who is actually younger and better looking and I bet Stern did everything he possibly could to sabotage that relationship.
We were talking about what might be in any will ANS might have had, not about guardianship of the baby, unless there is a will and there are provisions.
I love to solve mysteries. You certainly have a motive here.

I guess as her attorney, he could have had her sign a new will, manipulate assets, etc. He would have to know though that the scrutiny would be huge.
Did ANS actually get the funds yet or has dispursement yet to occur?

Her last pictures showed her as a very beautiful woman. There is also a strong resemblance to Nicole Simpson in them.
Have never been able to dislike her. She seemed to me to have a childlike quality. Like a child in a womans body, desperately seeking love and attention but feeling she was not worthy of it. Hope she is at peace now.
Prayers for her little daughter. She will need them when she is older.

Many of the News Talk shows are showing many pictures of Birkhead and Anna.
We don't know for certain, yet... depends on how Stern set up that offshore account.... and if he can hang on to the baby who stands to inherit millions and millions of dollars from the Marshall estate.
