OSWALD & DANNY
FALL SHORT AGAIN

Navigational woes caused the elimination of best friends Oswald & Danny who finished in fourth place, just like in Season Two. Meanwhile, beauty queens Dustin & Kandice broke their fourth place curse with another victory as they, along with cousins Charla & Mirna and dating couple Eric & Danielle, now battle for the one million dollar prize.

Arriving at Fort Soledad in last place, best friends Oswald & Danny received the bad news from Phil that they had been eliminated from the race. After pledging their support for Charla & Mirna who they called a "class act", the best friends reflected on the race and their friendship. Oswald commented, "We ran the race the way we wanted to run it. We had an amazing time doing it. There will be many chapters written about Oswald & Danny and the Amazing Race happens to be a paragraph." Danny added, "To be able to go through this and survive it twice leads me to believe that I will have Oswald in my life always. He'll be pushing the wheelchair as I'm going into the home, the gay nursing home that I'm going to open up." Oswald quipped, "Hopefully by then he won't speak so much that he'll be interrupting me every time I say something."

According to more snooping at the cheat site, the first 5 teams eliminated on this version of the race were "sequestered" at Acapulco, Mexico. They got a nice vacation there. This means that all teams don't get to return home until the race has finished filming.

The plane trip from Guam to the next state, but not the final state had 6 teams on board. They were the final three and the previous 3 teams to be eliminated.
